The large bedroom is located at the edge of the hill and presents views of the valleys heading both north to Temecula and west to the ocean. This room is loaded with windows and receives cool evening breezes with the windows open. A full sized stacked washer and dryer is located in the bedroom for your convenience, and there is plenty of storage in the full size dresser and closet.brbrThe other main room of the house contains both the kitchen and the living room, but this space is so large that you will never feel crowded. The kitchen boasts full size appliances (gas range and oven), large refrigerator with ice maker, and miles of counter space (including a butcher block island). There is a comfortable table suitable for four adults to enjoy home cooked meals in the kitchen space, and another 4 person table outside on the patio to enjoy the evening breeze and sunsets while eating on the private patio.brbrThe living room has a love seat and a sleeper sofa (queen), and the smart TV is wirelessly connected to the internet to stream HD content (Netflix and Vudu), access DirecTV, or use the Blu-ray player for your favorite movies. The remaining 10 acres is not fenced, but is available for your exploration, and includes a (neglected) lime grove.
