This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. There will be a $250 charge if in violation and possible expulsion from the property.brbrPETS: Pets are allowed, but must be supervised at all times. Renter takes full responsibility for all damage or injury caused by or to pets. brbrDISHES: Please clean all soiled dishes and put back in shelves before checkout. Fine may apply if dishes are not cleaned and put away at the end of your stay.brbrSPA/ HOT TUB: No foreign substances are permitted in the hot tub. Please obtain appropriate chains for your vehicle and know how to use them.
