Beautiful, Comfy & Convenient Condo!

This property was clean and in a convient area. Although located right off the freeway, the traffic noise was minimal. Neighbors and neighborhood were quiet, too. Any communication had with the owner was pleasant and they were quick to respond and help. Being as that this was our first time using a VRBO, we have nothing to compare it to, however it was fantastic and we look forward to staying here again (and trying other VRBO in other areas).

Everything was up to date. Safe clean area. Doing some remodeling and sure it will be even better.

It was a cute condo! However it was lacking a little in housekeeping. Bed linens were still in the dryer, bathroom trash was left from previous guests, and in the upstairs guest bath it was brown residue running down the wall from I'm assuming a wet towel. I booked the condo under the impression of it having a working pool. When we arrived the plan was to let my daughter swim that afternoon. Swimming was going to be a huge part of our trip. When we walked to the pool the gate had a bicycle lock on it and pool did not have any water in it. I messaged the vrbo host and asked her to call me which she did in a short amount of time. I explained to her the problem and that we were really disappointed, she said she was not aware the pool wasn't working. She was going to call the condo owners and find out what was going on and call me back. I never received a phone call back. If I was to know the pool wasn't working I would not have booked this condo. The next day we did find a splash pad near by to try to remedy our little girl's disappointment. I do understand it is not the hosts fault regarding the pool however a phone call back and offer of a partial reimbursement would have been nice.

Met all our needs. Close to several restaurants.

We were in town for my grandsons birthday and needed an overflow place to stay with our mini poodles. Nice little condo and conveniently located. We only slept here so didn’t use any of the kitchen items. The living room was comfortable. The bed was a little firm for our liking. The backyard didn’t have any grass (poodles are picky) so we still had to leash and walk the dogs but there was grass close by. The front door knob was hard to lock and turn so easier to lock inside and pull closed. Overall suited our needs well and would stay again.

Property was on par with the listing and the host was quick to answer any questions.

The property worked perfect for my work trip. Located right between my two offices. Bonus, it was pet friendly for my two dogs! Although I didn’t use the pool, it was nice that is was there.

Very clean and had everything we needed and easy check-in and out.

Adequate, floors not clean (dog/cat hair) Towels not taken out of dryer, plumbing issue ( but fixed after informing host)Childs headband left on floor ( proves that they didn’t vacuum or mop)But the space and location was great.

Great Condo! Everything you need was available, all the amenities you could need! Perfect place for a getaway in LR!

Condo was close to where we needed to stay, check in was easy and it was great to hace the extra room for visiting that ypu don’t get staying at a hotel
