The family room features a large sectional, two lounge chairs, and an 85-inch TV for movie nights, game days, or simply relaxing after a day on the lake. The open layout allows the kitchen, living room, family room, and sunroom to flow seamlessly together—ideal for groups who want to stay connected while enjoying plenty of room to spread out.

One of the true highlights of the home is the beautiful sunroom dining space. With a custom-built table that comfortably seats all 14 guests together, this becomes the heart of the house—perfect for family dinners, holiday gatherings, game nights, and long conversations. The sunroom also includes four swivel lounge chairs with TV viewing, making it both a dining and relaxing space.

The sunroom connects directly to two outdoor decks, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow and giving guests multiple places to relax and unwind. These are the same private deck spaces accessed by the two main floor king bedrooms, making them perfect for morning coffee, grilling dinner, or enjoying the quiet wooded setting.
