Our family has enjoyed many days on this lake, as well as the great golf courses, tennis courts and many other recreational opportunities here. But the best thing about Lago Vista is that, for a few days, it can belong to you. brbrThe home:brThe home’s décor is casually elegant and the whole house has recently been professionally decorated. There are 4 bedrooms (3 OF WHICH ARE ENSUITES) with 4 full baths and one ½ bath. Five separate beds (kings and queens only) accommodates 4 couples and each one has their own private bathroom. All beds are very comfortable hybrid beds. A pack and play for babies is provided as well as 3 large sofas. MBR 1 - king bed, MBR 2 - California king, BR 3 - queen, BR 4 - 2 queens. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane grill on the deck. The 2 living areas have large flat screen TVs (65 inch in main living area and 75 inch in recreation room living area) All TVs offer the main streaming services, including YouTube TV, HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney plus, Apple and many more. Master Bedrooms have flat screens as well. Blue ray DVD players and a large DVD collection are provided too. The downstairs recreation room and den has a pool table that can be converted for ping pong. Our 2 huge decks, featuring plenty of seating, offer almost 180 degree views as far as your eyes can see. 122 Crest offers 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. It sleeps 10 comfortably. There is a flight of stairs on the exterior front and a flight off the garage to climb for entrance. A single covered parking on the side can get you in, off of the back deck, with just a couple of stairs. Once inside, everything is on one level. The living/kitchen/dining areas are open. Kitchen is stocked with any item you will need to prepare meals. A gas log fireplace is the center of the room. The master bedroom/master bath has a king size bed, flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, soaking tub, double vanity, walk in shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms at the front of the house, both with queen size beds, and a full bath off of the hall. Queen over queen and twin over twin bunk beds and a large flat screen TV are in the bunk room. The media room has a 65 inch TV with 4 reclining media room chairs. A full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The back deck is where we spend a lot of time. It covers the entire back of the house where there is plenty of seating for cookouts and get togethers. The house backs up to hole #3 on Indian Hills Golf Course. Summertime is water time! We love hanging out on the lake with our kids and grandkids. A neighborhood launch, pond for fishing, trails to hike and golf to play are all just minutes away. 122 Crest is our go to place to get away from the busyness of life. We love winter time as much as summer time! Cold, dreary days are perfect for staying inside around the fire and watching TV or reading a good book1

The nearby marina also offers ferry service out to Sugarloaf Mountain...the state's only National Recreation Trail on an island.
