Bring your ATV to ride countless roads and paths. We have two paddle boards for leisurely paddles on the lake. Rent a boat at a nearby marina or go jump off the cliff's near HillCreek Marina. (Make sure you take the kids snipe hunting-many a child has been initiated into snipe hunting at the cabin)brBe sure to bring all your food with you to cook in our full kitchen with double oven and grill on the extra large deck with al fresco seating space for everyone. We are 25 minutes from the town of Greers Ferry and 35 minutes from Mountain View and 20 minutes from the nearest grocery store in Prim. With newly constructed steps to the water, you have easy access to the water.brThe home features three king bedrooms on the main floor. Two of these bedrooms share a large bathroom with separate vanities, jetted tub and large walk in shower. The third bedroom on this floor has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a half bath, kitchen, dining room, large living room and an additional gathering sunroom on the main floor. The bottom floor is a walk-out basement. There are two rooms on the bottom floor, one with a king bed and one with two sets of bunks. In addition to these rooms, there are two large gathering rooms, one with a king bed and the other has 2 bunk beds. Outside you will find a large covered deck off the main floor living room and a patio that stretches the width of the house on the bottom floor. All this space has beautiful views of the lake. The sunsets are fabulous.
