The Kitchen has granite counters, an island, large refrigerator with ice in the door, desk area, bump out garden window behind the sink, dining nook. Kitchen is fully stocked, includes plates/silverware/ glasses for 12. The Family Room is open to the kitchen, has a 55 UHD Smart TV, a Roku box with YouTube TV and unlimited DVR. There is also a DVD player. There is a Marantz receiver for your music, comfortable reclining couch and love seat, two other over sized chairs with footrests and access to the AZ Room. The Dining Room has a long, wide table with 6 vibrant chairs. The Living Room has two leather couches and two other chairs, opens to the Dining Room and the AZ Room. The Master bedroom has its own hallway to give a buffer zone from your guest area. MBR includes large walk in closet with shelves and cabinet, Master bath has double sinks, two medicine cabinets, jetted soaking tub and a separate room with a step down shower and toilet. This bedroom has a king size sleigh bed with a Beautyrest pillowtop mattress, two night stands, triple dresser, storage cabinet for bedding, and two swivel rockers to watch the a wall mounted 55” UHD Roku TV, setup with the 20+ streaming channels, and YouTube TV with unlimited DVR. It has sliding door access to the AZ Room.
