The unit has a nice size south facing walled private yard near the saltwater pool which is accessible from the bedroom. Carefully chosen fixtures and furnishings are for your comfort and enjoyment. All casitas are furnished with linens, blankets, and towels. The living room has leather furniture, a flat screen TV (cable tv), and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and dining utensils. The casita has its own full size washer and dryer off rear courtyard in closet. We do provide free secure parking in our gated parking lot for one car per casita. All parking is in assigned parking spaces. Traveling with a second vehicle, they are able to park on the street outside the complex, or if available we do have a few additional parking spaces for rent at $10 per night extra. Dogs up to 60 pounds allowed provided they are not a 'pit bull or pit bull mix', do NOT bark, and are not left in the unit alone unless crated. There is a limit of 2 dogs per unit. NO OTHER TYPES OF PETS ARE ALLOWED!brbrPlease note: hosting a party, or group gathering such as a wedding, funeral, circus, baby showers, birthday parties, dinner parties etc are not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.
