Homeowners may transfer their amenity privileges to up to a maximum of four guests. The fee is $250 for the first guest and $75 for each additional guest. Also, the number of transfers is limited to two per month, so access to amenities will be offered to renters on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing access to the Torreon amenities as part of your rental. If so, the additional charges will be added to your invoice. Just to note, you can still use the playground and eat in the clubhouse as it is public. Reservations strongly encouraged.
