The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This beautiful 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom spacious San Tan home is located near San Tan Mountains and is a brand new build. There is a per pet fee of $10 per day (plus tax). We do require that you have a place to keep your pet (i.e. dog crate, pet carrier, etc.) while you may be away from the house. We also need to know a few things about your pet (color, breed, weight, and age). Please let us know these details at booking time so that we are able to inform the community of your pet. Please note that guests are still responsible for picking up after their pet. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for pet messes left behind.brbr*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area eventsbrbrIf you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.brbrPlease note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).brbrOTHER NOTES:br*Spa HEATING OPTIONAL WITH ADDITIONAL FEEbr*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am.
