The private backyard is completely renovated to encompass a modern and functional space featuring a heated pool and spa, covered seating area with a TV and an outdoor grill & counter space, and more patio space off the master bedroom and on the front porch. We hope you make yourself at home!brbrBedrooms: brPrimary suite has a king bed, a private television and the master bathroom with a spacious walk in closet. brBedroom two located just off the main living area will sleep a queen bed and have its own bathroom ensuite. brBedroom three will have a queen bed also. brLastly, bedroom 4 is furnished to be a home office space. brbrEach bathroom features a walk in shower. brbrThe Kitchen is a part of the open floor plan throughout the living area. You will have access to the refrigerator and freezer, full size dishwasher, and a gas stove top & ovens. This home is equipped with a keurig coffee machine, numerous kitchen utensils, baking and cooking pans, glass & plastic dinnerware, and your wine glasses or coffee mugs, of course.brbrThe pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. Kindly note that the pool and spa shares the same heating unit. We can only heat one body of water at a time.
