Great, roomy house with nice amenities, including clean pool. The house was well-equipped, including pack and play for our baby granddaughter and a booster chair for our grandson.The kitchen had all necessary utensils to cook meals, and host supplied some coffees, which was nice.Property has an excellent host, with fantastic communication, including when we needed to discuss issues that arose.Our family enjoyed the property, including our grandson (who loved the pool). Getting to local parks and tourist areas was only 30-40 min drive. Highly recommend this property if you have a Phoenix stay.

This spacious home is in a quiet neighborhood and right off the main highway that takes you to Phoenix, Sedona and Flagstaff. The beds are very comfortable, nice towels, quality soap and an awesome sparkling clean pool. Our granddaughter loved the pool toys. We appreciated that there was coffee there waiting for us. The host is excellent with communication. I can't say enough about how thankful we were that the house was so clean because we had a baby that was crawling and a toddler that plays on the floor. The grill was clean and it looked like many of the appliances were new. We recommend Desert Donuts that is nearby and Frys for the fruit. We also highly recommend the Community Park in Anthem. For the little ones there is a train ride, a splash park, and a playground. For others there is a beautiful walking trail and skate park. Enjoy your stay if you book this home!

A wonderful place to stay..safe, welcoming and comfortable.

Carpets were stained, especially in the closet in the downstairs front bedroom.I wasn't aware that I had to pay extra to heat the pool. I found that out the day before we arrived. I felt I had already spent enough money on the house to add an additional 80 for the pool. The water was cold. The heated pool should have been included in price.Marianna was very nice. I would rent from her again.

Great space and well maintained. Loved the number of bathrooms and proximity of the bathrooms to the bedrooms. Clean and well maintained pool. Plenty of coffee!

Everything was as described. Clean, professional sweet host, great pool and pool table, safe area, peaceful community. We came for a Mother’s Day weekend/birthday celebration. We had a wonderful time. We would come back!

We had an incredible stay at Casa Alegria. The 5 bedroom setup was perfect for my multigenerational family trip. The beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and taken care of. The pool was a joy for the kids on the 85-90 degree days. The location feels very safe and neighborhood oriented. Access to major highways both NS and EW was very easy.We'd happily stay here again on our next visit!

The house was well kept, clean and well equipped kitchen. The pool man came on our first day there and put the pool sweeper in and left it there for the remainder of our stay, thought that was a bit strange. Had to swim around the sweeper all week. A little far north of phoenix. Did a good deal of driving to get to attractions we went to. Overall nice quiet place

This home was fabulous! Everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a feast for 6ppl. Pool was perfect size for a small gathering. The neighborhood was very quiet and just about a 7min drive in either direction to find grocery stores, etc.The owners were VERY responsive when we had a beeping smoke alarm that we could get off...Overall just a fantastic house and we will definitely be back

It was wonderful place for our family to stay. We really enjoyed the pool, the fire pit, and pool table. There were many places in Phoenix for the kids to do activities-swimming at Lake Pleasant (wear water shoes), water parks, trampoline park, mini golf, etc.

This place has everything you could want. And so close to the lake! Would definitely stay there again.

Overall, a great place to stay and the host is very responsive and accommodating. Only downside was that there is carpet in the bedrooms that need cleaned or replaced and kitchen and pantry could use a deep clean.I would definitely stay again when in the area.

We came to Phoenix for our grandsons high school graduation with a total of six misc family members! Only stayed two nights so quick trip and didn’t spend a lot of time at the house! Our plane arrived in the morning & host Mariana was so great to arrange early entrance into the house! She is very easy to communicate with! Everything about the house was just as described-beds & bedding were comfortable! We didn’t cook but kitchen looked well equipped! Backyard pool area was very nice & the neighborhood was quiet! Loved that it was close to our sons home in Anthem & close to grocery store, gas station & other places! House has everything needed for a nice stay!

The house was in great shape and close to where we were planning on spending time at. Looking forward to maybe renting it again next year for the Cave Creek Rally

This house was ideal for our large extended family of 10. It was near popular desert hikes and close enough for day trips to Sedona. The pool was refreshing after a day in the sun. The area was quiet and walking distance to get groceries. I would definitely stay here in the future.

Our tennis team of 6 ladies stayed here. It was clean and comfortable. Enough space for us all. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located near all amenities and convenient to I-17. It is a well kept and beautiful home. The layout was perfect for our group. The master is quite large with the most comfortable mattress (need the brand name). We will definitely look to book this property again.
