Enjoy the heated pool, spa, BBQ, firepit, outdoor games, full kitchen, high chair, pack 'n play, board games, office space, smart TVs in every bedroom, and even 2 bicycles and 2 scooters for exploring.brbrPlease note there are 3 video/audio security cameras recording the exterior of the property. (One on the porch and one above each side gate with one pointed towards the carport.) There are also two non-recording noise monitoring devices installed on the property. brbrNo pets and no smoking allowed!brbrNo large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.brbrThe pool, aside from during the summer, is always heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge. Do not touch the pool equipment.
