Stayed Nov 24, 2024The house is large, beds are comfortable and kitchen well appointed. The house sits on a nice street. However, we did not have garbage pickup for 2 weeks and there is a general lack of basic maintenance in the house. Also, the house needs a good cleaning.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023Property was clean and well equipped. The home was as described in the listing. The owner met us at check in and was very nice and helpful. He set us up w gate access and ability to enjoy the large community fitness center. We had friends and family visit. Enjoyed golfing in the nearby cave creek area. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed May 31, 2023Nice property inside and out in a quiet neighborhood. It was a wonderful home away from home for an unexpected 2 month stay. Excellent communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend this place.

Stayed Nov 20, 2022Everything from start to finish went smoothly. This house was perfect for our stay in Arizona. The casita was a plus as we had friends come stay in it and they were very delighted with the privacy. The house is super easy to keep clean and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bath towels. The fenced backyard was great as we brought our 2 dogs and they loved exploring and spying the animals in the desert behind the house. This house is close to many supermarkets, gas stations, hardware stores and many restaurants and coffee shops. The neighborhood is very quiet and we met a couple of the neighbors who were very nice. Our host Tim was very responsive to my many questions and he knows a lot about the area. He made us feel very welcome.

Stayed Jun 14, 2022This was a wonderful property that was clean, comfortable, cozy and perfect for our family to come visit. It is close to the Club, which has a great swimming pool, workout facilities and restaurant. The host, Tim is very responsive and accommodating. This was a wonderful stay and experience.
