Newly renovated home with prime location in Phoenix - trained pets welcome! 10 minutes away from Downtown Phx/Sky Harbor airport, 15 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, and centrally located to the rest of the valley! 2bed/1bath with full laundry room and kitchenette. Every room has its own Smart TV, newer furniture, and a plush memory foam mattress. brbrPlease note: the only bathroom is located directly off the master bedroombrbrbrbrThis beautifully remodeled, mid-century guest suite is yours to enjoy! The space is a private, 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest suite in Phoenix. The full property is a single family home, and the guest suite comprises the back of the main house. The front portion of the house is also a short term rental listed on AirBNB, but the two are separated by an insulated wall (similar to a duplex). Each space has its own central air and private entrance, but the backyard and driveway are shared. Enter through the side gate and check yourself in with a lock box next to the patio door entrance. The suite is accompanied by a cute kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, fridge, sink, and microwave, and is fully stocked with all kitchen accessories like a knive set, oven mitts, stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, coffee pot, water kettle, and glasses! The kitchenette just does not have a full oven/range and dishwasher. As guests, you have full access to the washer and dryer, in addition to the patio and backyard (though it is shared with the front) along with fully stocked amenities like coffee, tea, condiments, laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Please note, the only bathroom is located off of the master bedroom.brbrThe cleaning fee is at the rate it is because my cleaners are payed a livable wage.brbrbrbrI am accessible all day via text or phone call. I live only 15 minutes away, and I am 100% dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible. So if you would like anything additional in advance or during your stay, I am happy to try and accommodate! Please don`t hesitate to ask.brbrbrbrThe house is nestled in a gentrifying, urban neighborhood with amenities like Starbucks, fast food restaurants, authentic Mexican restaurants, public park, and canal within walking distance. Larger chain stores like Target, Costco, Ross, etc are located within a few miles and the nearest grocery store is 3 blocks away. Arcadia is only 2 miles away, which is known for its unique cluster of restaurants and bars. The Biltmore with its variety of high end shops and restaurants is less than 3 miles away. Getting to Old Town Scottsdale is a quick 15 minute drive, and downtown Phoenix is an even quicker 10 minute drive. We are very centrally located, so you`ll be sure to find something you like nearby!brbrbrbrThe closest lightrail metro location is 3 miles away, with bus stops all around the area. Events and Noise: Events, parties, and loud music are allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings or noise complaints may result in a $1,000 fine and possible eviction without refund. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect neighbors and other guests. brbr3. Pets: Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. Fees are $50 per pet for stays under 7 days, $100 per pet for stays of 7–25 days, and $250 per pet for stays of 25–30 days. Stays longer than 30 days will reset pet fees at $25 per night, per pet. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fee per pet in addition to standard fees. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended unless kenneled, and cleaned up after. Potty pads are not allowed indoors. Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals must be declared at the time of booking, with documentation provided upon request. Guest and Occupancy Limits: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unapproved extra guests will incur a $100 fee per person, per night. brbr5. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability and cost $50 per hour, starting at 3 PM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and cost $50 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur the full cleaning fee in addition to late fees to compensate for rescheduling and rush labor. brbr6. Property Care and Maintenance: Please avoid washing hair or pouring grease, oil, or other debris down sinks or toilets. Plumbing issues caused by improper use will result in a $200 fee plus additional damages. Lost, missing, or damaged keys, fobs, or parking permits incur a $150 replacement fee each. Lost or damaged phones or access devices cost $1,000 each. Handle blinds with care, as damaged or uninstalled blinds result in a $40 charge per blind. brbr7. Cleaning and Damages: Excessive mess or cleaning required after your stay will result in additional fees beyond the standard cleaning cost. Cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of check-in to be addressed. brbr8. Pool and A/C Guidelines: Glass is not allowed near the pool. The pool is not heated. Keep the air conditioning temperature above 72°F to prevent freezing, Service fees will apply if the A/C Unit freezes, or is damaged due to guest neglect.brbr9. Mail and Packages: Mail and packages may not be sent to the property. Deliveries must be received in person or sent to a local shipping facility. Hosts are not responsible for coordinating package pick-ups. brbr10. Inventory and Damages: All items in the property are inventoried. Missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly. brbr11. Security and Access: There is a security camera at the entrance for your safety. Blocking or tampering with it will result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Some units require access via a smartphone app, which must be arranged during business hours (7 AM – 4 PM CST) and after the prior guest has checked out. brbr12. Long-Term Stays: For reservations longer than 28 nights, additional monthly cleaning will be required and charged at the same rate as the initial cleaning fee. brbr13.
