We designed and built this home in 2003. The home offers 2400 square feet of living space which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 game room, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, and a dining area. There are also three exterior decks to allow you to be in the sun or shade all day long. The decks add another 900 square feet of space to enjoy. brAll of the bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a custom king size bed that looks like it's floating. It has it's own bathroom with great views from the shower and tub. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom have access to a 300 square foot deck that offers amazing views of the Mogollon Rim. The third bedroom upstairs has two twin beds with plenty of room to throw down some additional blankets for others to sleep. The upstairs also includes a second bathroom that is shared between the two guest rooms. brThe downstairs living room has two sofas. The living room has a modern TV and Sonos speaker system, a fireplace, a classic arcade game, and plenty of room to relax. With so many windows, you can look at the views all day. brThe game room includes a pool table and darts. While you are playing, just open the windows and doors to let the cool mountain breeze in the home. brThe kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals. There are enough dishes to easily accommodate your visit. brThe laundry room has a modern washer and dryer with a game closet stocked with plenty of fun. brDownstairs also includes a third bathroom. All three bathrooms have a tub and shower. brThe house includes high speed internet, DirecTV, and a phone where you can call any number in the US. Keep in mind, your cell phone will have very limited coverage.

If you prefer to move around, there are many hiking trails outside the cabin door, also a short 15-20 minute walk to local restaurants. brbrThis double A frame cabin has one bedroom on the main floor with a full-size bed and a set of bunk beds. The TV room has a pull-out couch, the loft upstairs has a Queen. Two adorable bathrooms with claw foot bath tubs for leisurely soaks, (one has a shower). Towels and sheets are provided.brbrKitchen is stocked with pots, pans, blender, waffle maker, coffee and tea provided, basic spices and condiments.brbrThere are two sitting areas on either side of the house allowing separate time for kids and adults; the yard is fenced, dogs (maximum 2) under 30 lbs. each permitted. The fence is pretty short in some area's (~30) which should be taken into consideration.brbrThe temperature can fluctuate during the day in the summer months. We have two split unit HVAC units if it gets warmer in the afternoons. For cooler weather, the same units provide heat.br brYour children are welcome, please note the deck and spiral staircase to the loft have open railings and are not child-proof.brbrWe offer WiFi, the TV is available to play DVD's with a small selection provided, or rental options available in the supermarkets in Payson. For the consideration of other guests on the property we have implemented a sound ordinance between the hours of 9pm and 9 am.br7. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room or common living area.br8. Dispose of garbage in the trash bin.br9. Keep a close eye on your kids at all times.br10. Dogs are allowed. Guests will be charged a pet fee per day per dog. You are expected and required to dispose of your pet's waste and keep your dog on a leash at all times. Do not leave your pet unattended in the cabin. All pet owners must bring their own furniture covers (i.e: sheets or blankets brought from home) if you wish to allow your pets on the furniture including beds. br11. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don't forget to close the windows and lock the door. br12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to vrbo.br13. Wash the dishes, and throw out the garbage before checkout.br14. Check out is no later than 11 am.br15. Rental agreement must be agreed to and signed.
