This luxury, family-friendly home is a one story, 2000 sq. ft home boasting 4 bedrooms/3 baths including a Master and Junior Suite each having their own bathroom and another full bath. Everyone will have plenty of room to spread out including an open-spaced concept large kitchen, dining room and family room. The available 2 car garage and wide driveway gives plenty of room for parking (note 4th RV garage is not available for use). Single garage has pool table and stools for your group to play. Sleeps 11 adults/children comfortably, tile flooring throughout, granite counters and all the comforts of home. Kitchen includes everything you need to feed your crew including an Instant Pot, Air Fryer, Crock Pot, Coffee Pot, service for 16 and plenty of storage room in the pantry and cabinets. Retreat to a Master bedroom with a Cal king size bed, 60 flat screen TV and direct access to the backyard lounge area and pool (note pool is not heated). Bedroom #2 Junior Suite- has a king bed and 55” flat screen tv and attached bathroom. This room also has access to the back yard and the attached bathroom can also be accessed directly from the back yard keeping pool users from having to go through the house when nature calls.
