Also note that it is a narrow mountain road to get here. Several popular restaurants are an easy 7- minute walk. Don't believe Google map walking time, downtown is 15 minutes. The entire house has heat/AC mini-split units so each room can be set with the temperature you want. There are many garden areas with multiple patios, from which to enjoy outstanding mountain views and stars. Each of the 3 Queen bedrooms have access to the outside patios through French doors and share a full bath. Upstairs is a King bed suite with a loft sitting area, bath and access to a balcony. Walking trails through a mountain oak hillside begin directly above the house.
