Only 4.5 miles to the new White Water Park opening summer 2023! Inside, you'll find plenty of space, plus a fully fenced backyard with a swing set for added fun. We provide professional and real-time cleaning photos, so you know exactly what to expect. Come experience comfort and convenience!brbrThe Space:brThe main entrance to the home is through the front portico. The first room you'll seen once inside is the living room, where you'll find a couch with a couch that has a queen pullout bed, two chairs and a large tv over an antique fireplace! To the right of the living room is a cozy dining room with a table and chairs for 8! Pass through the dining room to the kitchen, where you'll feel like you stepped into the comforts of Grandma's kitchen. This fully-equipped kitchen may have all the retro vibes, but it is ready for all your modern-day cooking needs! The light and bright laundry room is off the back of the kitchen and is stocked with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience! brbrTo find the bedrooms and bathrooms, you turn left off the main entrance to the home. The first bedroom has a King bed and ample closet space to store your belongings during your stay. The second bedroom has two full beds and a desk for all your work-from-home needs! The last bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, as well as toys, books and games for kids! The two full bathrooms are also near the bedrooms. brbrDon't forget to checkout the backyard with a large patio, picnic table, adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill and plenty of space for kids and pets to run around. There is even a full-size play set for kids to enjoy!brbrPack-N-Play available upon request. Vacuum available upon request.brbrGuest Access:brThe house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.brbrThe Neighborhood:brThe home is located in the Capital Heights area of Montgomery. The area is charming and established. Conveniently located to Interstate, downtown, shopping and dining.brbrGetting Around:brThere is plenty for cars in the driveway for guests to utilize! Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi are readily available, but driving is encouraged!brbrOther Things to Note:brWe require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.brbrIf you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.brbrWe are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.brbrOther platforms: If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment.
