I did not have a good stay The house have roaches, I’m guessing they had an exterminator come out they left the card on the table. The roaches was all over kitchen counters, and all over the television every where they had to be there for weeks. only good thing is a quick response. If you send a message have any questions they were good about getting back with you

Our stay was just ok. We appreciated the snacks and water for the kids. The place needs some TLC.

Great place to stay!

Host experience was fine. This is definitely a quantity over quality type stay. If you need lots of room, this place will suit you fine. However, the house itself is not good. There’s simply no money being put into fixing it up. Door knobs very loose, driveway is completely trashed, there’s a gate in the backyard but no fence. It’s a 10 minute job to remove and make look better. The ceiling is starting to fall in, in multiple places. The cabinet doors in the kitchen are terrible. The tv remove brand doesn’t match the brand of tv so while it turns it on, it doesn’t allow you to select anything. We experienced several roaches but chalk that up to the environment of Montgomery. While this isn’t directly their fault, there’s a city sewer opening in the front yard thats wide open and someone could fall in. It’s probably 10 feet deep. A local , caring owner would take care of their property better than this. Finally, the fire extinguisher in the kitchen isn’t any good.

First, I had to message the day before and the day of to get the address and door code. The house was easy to locate and very close to stores and restaurants. The house didn't have a welcoming atmosphere. It was dark and smelled very musty, we had to buy air fresheners for every room. The cabinets were missing screws jn the hings. The lack of care on how the house is presented is noticeable. The bed linens were clean and it did what we needed it to do, sleep a family of 7

The house smelled moldy and stuffy; even with the A/C on; had to buy air fresheners plug-ins to cover the smell. The carpet was stained and looked unkept. The kitchen cabinet door was broken. One of the toilets was broken which did not flush. Contacted the host; they did not send anyone to repair it. Some people left to stay in better living conditions. Totally disappointed.

The home was a comfortable gathering place for family, conveniently located. There could have been a few more amenities in the kitchen, but not a problem if you are mostly dining out. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio.

The property was very nice. I especially enjoyed all the spaciousness.

Staying in Montgomery was the central point of playing golf in Montgomery on Wednesday, Auburn on Thursday and Montgomery on Friday. An abnormal number of beds but convenient for us. Instructions need to be made on how to watch local TV. We were watching the World Series and the channel shut down in the middle of the 8th inning. The property could be far more amenable if a few hundred dollars were spent cleaning and updating the cabinetry. The cleaning crew apparently did not have much appreciation of the property to properly clean the floors, dishes and at least two of the beds appear to have been slept in prior to our arrival.
