We're big fans of the small details. We've made sure to include a work space, luxury bedding, some comfy seating areas, and outdoor space complete with a large dining table. Just past the foyer, you'll enter the large living room space, full of natural light overlooking the beautiful backyard. To the right is a full kitchen, laundry room, dining area, and work space. To the left are the three bedrooms and two fully stocked bathrooms with an oversized Master suite. There are plenty of spaces to curl up with a good book, catch your favorite show, or get outdoors with the family!

Driving or taking an Uber is the best way to get around Montgomery.

Smoking Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted inside the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. We kindly ask that you smoke in designated outdoor areas only. Thank you for your cooperation!

Security & Monitoring
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have motion-activated cameras installed on the exterior areas only. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances, patios, and pool areas (if applicable).

Additionally, we use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device does not record audio or video but helps us ensure that noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

    Everything was great I loved this home it actually looks better in person then on the picture everything was clean the back patio was amazing .. the beds and pillows was awesome and Josh definitely responded when needed

    This property was an excellent option for my family as we visited for OTS graduation at Maxwell AFB. Only about 20 minutes from the base made it convenient. The house was beautiful and clean with a big yard for children to run around. The kitchen was well stocked, though it could have used a couple things like oven mitts or dish towels, but mostly you could work around the missing items. All in all this was an excellent space for a stay and we would recommend it to others.

    My family came together to celebrate the life of my mom who passed away. We choose your beautiful home because of the central location. The host was very attentative and accommadating.     The home is very spacious in a quiet neighborhood but tired. Dishes, silverware and glasses need a refresh. Living room furniture not sufficient for a 3 bedroom home. Owner easy to contact; responds quickly

    Spacious home recently renovated. The backyard is big and has a great patio for evening cocktails. The house is large and sprawling but feels very cozy. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe the whole time. Communications with the host was more that acceptable. We received and answer in minutes after contacting.
