A beautiful home with scenic greenery to match! This property will provide the perfect space for family or group stays as well as a cozy & memorable couple(s) retreat. The home sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. It is fully equipped with a security alarm & surveillance system for the doorbell & driveway. There's a gorgeous living room area with a vaulted ceiling full of natural light that includes a 70 inch flat screen tv with cable. There are 3 opulent bedrooms as well as a plush day bed with an extended trundle in the rear of the home which we call the small den (the bedrooms have one queen beds, two full sized beds [bunk] & one king sized bed). 2 of the bedrooms have their own closet space with 2 full baths (towels and wash clothes are available for use as well). The third full bathroom is next to the small den that holds the twin sized day bed & trundle. There is a covered patio in the back that has fans, seating for 8 people & a cable tv. brbrGuests will have full access to an equipped gourmet kitchen that includes a microwave, a gas burning cook top with 5 burners, an oven, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and utensils and will serve as a fitting space for any top chef. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside of the home or on the outdoor furniture. The fenced in/ open patio area is the only permitted space for smoking, no exceptions. Pets are not allowed in the home either, no exceptions. There is also an outdoor grill for a relaxing and leisurely experience. As the weather changes from season to season the convenience and serenity of the patio will call your name!brbrLastly we must mention that the home is within 10-25 minutes of all of Montgomery's landmarks & attractions, a prime location. Eastchase, downtown, an upcoming water park, colleges/ universities & the military bases. This lodging experience will provide high- quality at an undeniably great price. There is a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM for reservations on weekends, Friday- Sunday. Parties are NOT allowed, no exceptions. Please note that there is also a seperate suite in the back of the home that will be closed to guest.
