Legacy # 102 is the perfect place for the perfect price. As soon as you open the door you will be amazed that you have gotten such a great condo at such and unbelievable price. Our condo is right on the beach which means that your walk from your room to the sand literally takes about a minute. Our condo is unique because we customized a dining room into a third bedroom but we were able to also include a breakfast nook. There is a primary suite and it also has its own master bath that includes a jetted tub. There is a 50 inch television in the living room and a 50 inch in the master bedroom for your viewing enjoyment. Our condo building only has 23 units and this is a great advantage for you. Three of the main advantages are that the parking is close the pool is not crowded and the elevator is almost always readily available. Our 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 9 because the middle bedroom has a futon/bunk bed that converts into a double bed on the bottom.
