Beachfront corner penthouse w/ amazing view, balcony & shared pools/hot tubs

Fantastic property

Old stain discolored sheets on all beds. Out of our 7 day stay we had no water for a full day. We were not warned in advance and no compensation for the inconvenience of no water and brown water. So last the roaches in the kitchen is too much to ask the quest to endure. Yes, I took pictures of everything including the bugs. I texted management sent pictures and the only response was who killed the roach.

Pros- plenty of space. There were 11 of us and more than enough space for everyone. View- view is AMAZING. Can’t get any better. Condo has floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the view. Kitchen- kitchen is stocked adequately for the number of people, although we did bring some paper plates. Beds- beds and furniture are pretty comfortable. Cons- AIR CONDITIONING IN KING BEDROOM DOES NOT WORK ADEQUATELY. My husband and I specifically chose to stay in the king bedroom with the large walk in closet. We have a 1 year old and we’re planning to make the closet “his room” so he would be away from the noise of the condo and have his own space. The rest of the condo was at 69 degrees and our room was at 84. We kept the curtain closed (couldn’t see the nice view) and kept a fan in the doorway. He ended up having to sleep in our room and did not sleep well at all bc of the warm room. We had an air conditioning tech come out and he said there’s nothing he could do and that room is ALWAYS hot. Dryer- dryer does not work well. Had to run a cycle multiple times to get dry clothes. Cleanliness- not very clean. Rings in toilets. My feet were black from walking on the tile with no shoes. My 1 year old doesn’t walk yet so that was a bit gross. Communication- quick to get someone out about the AC but I tried for MONTHS to get the condo info needed to rent a crib and they didn’t understand what I was asking or wouldn’t give it to me. Overall, would probably stay in a different condo next time

We had a great time. The condo is very nice. Only negative is the rug is rolling up on the edges and creates a trip hazard in the living room area.

The unit was absolutely beautiful with the perfect layout to give everyone privacy when wanted. The kitchen was one of the best stocked ive ever seen. Views were amazing. My only complaint is the matresses were terrible. Noone in our party slept well our entire stay.

This is a beautiful condo. It is nice and spacious and the beds are comfy. The view is priceless. Check-in could be better. You can’t check in until 4pm, so everyone is checking in at the same time, with one person manning the process. Might have been due to not wanting to overcrowd because of COVID, but an additional place for check-in during that busy time could surely be considered. Was aware of the $30 per vehicle parking pass, but didn’t like it. Have never had additional cost to park. Is that what condos are going to now? This is a premium rental at premium price, so the price for parking should have been included.
