Summerhouse West is located on the beach of Little Lagoon and just steps from the beach of the Gulf of Mexico via our private beach access located just across the street. Covered parking is available for one vehicle only underneath the condo. Up just one flight of stairs from your vehicle you will find yourself on our balcony that offers indirect views of both Little Lagoon and beach. Inside our condo the kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and all the essential equipment for cooking in. The dining area has a table with seating for 4 while the living area provides a queen sleeper sofa, 2 swivel chairs and a wall mounted flat screen with DirectTV service. In the Master Suite you will enjoy a great nights sleep on a king sized memory foam mattress. The Master also has 2 large closets, plenty of draw space, flat screen with DirectTV. The master bath is spacious with a tub shower combo, vanity, mirror and lots of cabinet/draw space. For convenience the half bath and washer/dryer combo are located in the hall.
