Condo was ready on time and clean. No problems or issues. Security Guard on site was friendly. Will book this unit again next summer.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was lovely being so close to the beach and with parking so easily accessible. It wasn’t as clean as I would hope and the sheets need to be updated, they’re old and scratchy. It was nice and quiet though which I really appreciate.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice although needed some updating. Rug in living room needs replacing. Ceiling fans needed cleaning and floor boards. Plug in bathroom did not work and shower curtain fell due to shower rod. But called and maintenance was sent promptly within 2 hours. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Pool very nice and beach very close. Proximity is close to restaurants within driving distance.
