Perfect location.. short walk to the beach which can be viewed from the front porch. Layout of this house is perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms.

House is great however- I don't go on vacation to cook a clean dishes so mainly I just warm up food in the microwave…. Not at this house because the microwave doesn't freaking work which is extremely annoying and disappointing for the price you charge and I'm paying. The living room carpet is a tripping hazard. Other than that no issues and a great location

Great location. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was lacking basic items like can opener. Electrical issues.

Enjoyed a family vacation with our adult children and grandkids and the space was perfect. There was plenty of space and privacy but also wonderful areas for us to be all together. The kitchen was well appointed. It was perfect for our group

The only things that I found were the outside handle to the sliding door was loose, and the lights seemed to dim at times. We mostly noticed that at night. You may want to get that checked out. Otherwise, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay. Oh, one other thing, we had a bad storm on Thursday of our trip. The wind was probably blowing at least 60 mph. I moved all of the cushions on the furniture on the front porch so they wouldn't get blown away. I'm not sure how you would prevent that from happening in the future. Thanks!

We had to work out a few quirks when we first got there. Upstairs air conditioner wasn’t working. However, property manager came right out and had attended to. After that, we had no issues. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I would not recommend this for someone who has a hard time going up and downstairs.

Nice home, conveniently located.

This place was absolutely amazing! The property had everything we needed it’s close to shops/restaurants so we could walk to most things. The beach was in a short walking distance! Our stay was wonderful and if we had a problem or question maintenance was quick to answer. Overall, we had a great stay and vacation!

Great property close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay it was within walking distance to the shrimp festival, which was one thing we wanted to do while we were there. When checking in the original code sent to me didn’t work but I called and they immediately got that handled. We also had some ants on the counter and around one of the windows I sent an email and they had someone out there in a few hours to handle that. All in all we enjoyed staying there and would probably stay there again.

Overall the stay was amazing . My family really enjoyed being very close to the beach and surrounding restaurants and activities . The only complaint would be not having enough toilet paper and things of that nature . Otherwise I 10/10 recommend this property !

We had a great time spending the week with family. The location of the house is great. We did have a few issues with electrical and a couple of other things. The property manager communicated back quickly each time and the maintenance team tried to correct everything we reported.

House is beautiful and great location. There were several things ghat need repairs but didn’t hinder our vacation.

Plenty of space for everyone in our family who was in town for the World Series baseball tournament. Lots of parking for our four cars. Close to everything but off the main drag so it was quiet and peaceful which allowed us to use the outside decks. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo. Unfortunately the Internet went out which turned out to be the owner had not paid the bill. Also, had trouble with the power - subset of the lights went out several times when washer/dryer were being used. Maintenance had to come onsite to help locate the fuse box. Also, the garbage disposal tripped the same subset of lights once. Was getting concerned as this problem happened more often towards the end of our week.

We enjoyed our stay at Close Enough! My husband is already trying to plan a return trip! Plenty of space and well stocked. Short walk to the beach. We will be back!
