This unit has the best view in the complex. This professionally decorated unit with king beds has recently been remodeled and is absolutely stunning. There is unobstructed direct bay views from every window and an ocean view from one of the windows. Your private boat slip is located directly below the balcony for ease of access and security. Fish in the bay or take a short ride to the Gulf (appx. 3 miles) for some fantastic offshore action and when finished clean your catch on the dock at one of two cleaning stations. brbrIf you prefer golf than you can take a short ride to several outstanding public courses in the area. Fort Morgan Park is a couple of miles down the road as well as Bon Secour National wildlife Refuge for the bird watcher or just take the ferry over to Dauphin Island and spend the day. Not everyone returns the butlers carts to the ground floor so you may have to search for one. The Plantation is a family oriented resort with 24 hour security. Along with the beautiful sandy beach, we enjoy six swimming pools, one of which is heated during winter months and also an indoor facility with heated pool, saunas and exercise room. For those who enjoy tennis or basket ball we have four courts and a full court basketball court. Horse shoes and shuffle board are available for those who choose a less strenuous activity. If you are an avid golfer the Kiva Dunes golf course is right next door, you don't even have to leave the resort and can come home for lunch.br There are several restaurants and sports bars in the area so we don't have to travel to Gulf shores for our meals. A harbor that provides chartered fishing trips along with pontoon boat rentals and jet ski rentals is just down the road from our resort. If you get tired of the peaceful setting and would like to go down town it is a nice fifteen minute drive to Gulf Shores.
