Directly on the beach! No pets. No smoking. 1st 2 weeks of June open. Grab it !

The unit was in a convenient location with easy parking. No waiting on elevators, no overcrowded pool area, and no crowds at the beach in front of the condo. The unit was a little smaller than I was expecting but big enough for my husband & I. I wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 adults and one small child. The unit was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast. Could have been a little cleaner and needs to be updated but overall okay place to stay.

Outstanding, panoramic view of the gulf and beach. Bed was very comfortable. Our suggestion is to stop and get food to eat on the balcony. We did that a couple of evenings, and it was awesome!

Wonderful stay, great view on the balcony, so relaxing to sit out on it with our morning coffee and eat breakfast , steps from the beach and it was not crowded this time of year . The unit was comfortable and stocked with anything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was outstanding in the shower! Would recommend and would stay here again!

The condo was clean and had everything that you needed! The view was absolutely beautiful! It was very convenient to everything, great location. The access to the beach was very easy as well. I rested well at night. There is not anything negative that I could say. I would love to visit again! Great place!

The condo was in perfect order, very clean and up to date. Jennifer has the unit stocked with pretty much anything that you'll need for cooking, making coffee, etc. and there are even beach toys for the littles ones. The beach chairs for our use was a great addition as most folks don't have room for that nor even own them. The unit has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from either inside or while relaxing on the balcony listening to the beautiful sound of the surf. There is a table and chairs as well as a lounge chair for your use on the balcony. There is a great locals restaurant just 1.5 blocks away as well as many more. The unit is close to anything that you plan to do while in Gulf Shores. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was perfect. Jennifer wants everything perfoect for her guests and she has accomplished just that.

Construction on the building the entire time that we were there. Jackhammers for 8 hours a day.

The property had everything we needed and was clean with a perfect view, instructions were plain and easy to follow.

Being on the fourth floor was perfect. The unit was clean and communication with the owner was easy. Easy check-in. The view can’t be beat!

This property is a good value, with a great view of the gulf from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Owner was easy to work with!

I was very grateful for Jennifer allowing me to bring my nieces and nephew with me to her condo. She was very quick to respond to all of my questions. We loved being right on the beach and eating our meals out on the balcony every day. The condo was very clean and had lots of little extra touches including beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for the beach if you choose to use it. We would rent here again!

Spot was perfect for my family. Walk right out of the building to the beach and when the kids got tired of the beach we enjoyed the pool! There are a few good restaurants in walking distance also.

The location was perfect and the view was awesome! Condo was very clean and the bed was so comfy. Having an ice maker was great for the week and having beach chairs was a big plus for us since we flew to the shores. We highly recommended this condo and would stay here again!
