Morgan beach and a view of the bay from the back deck. You'll notice our extra attention to details in everything from quality linens, generous check in supplies, covered downstairs lounge area, beach supplies, abundance of kitchen utensils, paper towels, napkins and condiments and lots of personal contact from your host to provide you with everything you need to know or want to ask about the area. This is island life away from high rises and high density areas but with several close restaurants, convenience store shopping and still 20-25 minutes from the mainstream Gulf Shores area...perfect combination of relaxation and convenience. The master has a king bed and on suite bathroom. Other bedrooms have a king and two double beds, sharing the hall bath. All bedrooms have louvered blinds and drapes to keep out light for sleeping late! The dining room table seats 8 with room for another 3 more at the large kitchen island. Large 52 living room TV with a 42 in each bedroom. Roku TV downstairs in furnished bonus area. West facing back deck is perfect for viewing remarkable sunsets. Fort Morgan also is a favorite place for fishermen. At the end of the street in front is the glorious Gulf of Mexico with beach access slightly to the East, a very short walk even for kids! It's a great family resort area that makes people come back year after year! We fell in love with it there because it really does feel special to not be sardined into a high rise, wait for elevators but have a full and expansive view of the beach and the sky without interruption instead. Under the house is another seating area we call the Mermaid Lounge, furnished and decorated, which is great for conversation while using the grill, playing corn hole or electronic darts for some good family time. There is also ping pong and air hockey as well as Roku TV. We have had nothing but compliments on the house and locations. We strive to provide a nice, well-outfitted, and great-value beach condo for your stay. Although we do not offer some amenities, such as a pool, we do everything we can to ensure you have a great vacation, romantic getaway, couples’ trip, girls’ trip, or simply a change of scenery. brbrWe loved Gulf Shores so much we wanted to share this area with others! We love the small-town feel and the beautiful sights and attractions in the area. We have watched our kids grow here and seen the happiness on their faces while they enjoyed the sun, sand, salt water, and all the other attractions.brbrThis is a great centrally located Gulf Shores beach condo. The unit is centrally located on the east side of Beach Blvd. This puts you right in the center of everything. You can easily walk to many restaurants, mini-golf, The Hangout, Sea-N-Suds, Picnic Beach, Mikes, and many other great businesses. The location also allows you to get around a lot of beach traffic, all the while being centrally located to Surf Style, Island Market, Rouses, Walmart, other island stores, etc. The area also features tons of indoor and outdoor activities. Outdoor activities range from low-key pursuits like Waterville (waterpark), mini-golf, bike trails, walking trails, and kayaking, to adrenaline-pumping adventures like ziplining over the dunes, parasailing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, banana boat rides, dolphin tours, sunset cruises, etc. brbrWe have owned this unit since 2016 and have loved our time in the area and enjoying the beach and The Gulf of America waters. We have strived to make the unit consistently better every time we come down. The unit is a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized mattress and bedroom #2 has 2 queen-sized mattresses. We have placed large screen HD smart TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. The TV and internet services are fiberoptic services provided by Securevision. Island Time internet is faster than what I can get at home!brbrWe have listed many, if not all the amenities below. Island Time is well outfitted from the Beach to the bathroom, to the Kitchen. We have young ones and found that a handheld shower head made bath time much easier. brbrWe have also tried to outfit the condo with everything that we have found that we needed for our short or long stays. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pans, cooking and eating utensils, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, air fryer, and much more. brbrWe also try and provide consumables such as coffee (generally Community Coffee), K-cups, coffee filters, salt, pepper, seasonings, olive oil, non-stick spray, etc. We strive to also make available dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The cleaning company leaves one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, and bath soaps for your stay. brbrIsland Time has a great outdoor patio/balcony to compliment a great interior. You can mix a cocktail and enjoy the day or take in the sunset and toast to the paradise that is Island Time in Gulf Shores. brbrThe area has tons of attractions. Wildlife-lovers will be in heaven here, with birdwatching at the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, dolphin-watching cruises, and The Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.
