The cottage is quick 5 minute drive to the cute Proctor and 6th Avenue districts, and a 5 minute drive to downtown. We are a 5 minute drive to UPS.brbrOld town established in 1869 is a short 7 minute walk from the cottage and features restaurants as well. I have a house manual with local activities to enjoy and menus for the Restaurants in Old Town and on Ruston Way waterfront.
