Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately. brbr★ EVENTS ★ brThere are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home. brbr★ CLEANING ★ - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $250 deep cleaning fee will apply. brbrAlso please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number. brbrThank you very much.
