Excellent location for walking downtown and I appreciated the printed recommendations
Overall impression of this property was very good. It was a nice clean and ready unit. Very accommodating. It could easily be used for multiple nights.
The property was good. I’m a senior so the stairs were a little tricky for me. I managed just fine with my iPhone flashlight at night. The lady whom owns the property was so kind and caring. I recommend if you are looking for a cozy little place this can be very nice and accommodating.
I met my daughter in Seattle for the weekend and had a lovely stay here. Everything was clean and comfortable. We easily walked all over, exploring the sights down as far as the aquarium. Quela quickly responded, and kindly agreed, to our request to leave our bags for a bit after checkout while we did a bit more touring. All in all, a great stay!
We had a very nice stay in Seattle at this location. It was very private and quaint. It had everything we needed!
Great location! Nice little apartment. Finding a parking spot was a little difficult at some times. But the place was nice and clean. Would stay again!
The place was super cute and clean, it was perfect for my labor day weekend visit. I would absolutely come back again!
Great location to explore around the space needle and surrounding attractions! Very clean, private and host kindly provided small amenities! Will definitely look to book this place again if in Seattle!
given the price, I was very satisfied with how spacious this place was and all that it offered. while the immediate neighborhood may not be somehwat limited, the location is still ideal - walkable to south lake union, near a bus line that comes directly from the train station or goes downtown, and with some great restaurants nearby (gyros, tacos, etc). it's just a very functional location with geat access to seattle so you get a lot for what you pay here.
I came into Seattle solo for a full day of work that I knew would exhaust me. The room was convenient, comfortable, and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The hostess was quick to respond to messages. I’d definitely recommend this space.
This was a great stay, and really convenient! The suite was furnished and very well kept, and my girlfriend and I have plenty of space. There were a few things that I will mention for those that may be looking into this place though. For starters, though everything was great, the communication was a bit poor. There were a few things that I needed to know before the trip that I had communicated in advance, but wasn’t messaged back until the day of, along with asking about some comfort things within the suite, and was never messaged back at all. When the morning of our depart came along, my girlfriend and I went to grab some medication and coffee. When we came back at 10:50a (check out is at 11:00a), our luggage was locked inside the suite for about 30 minutes. I tried knocking on the front door, called Quela; no answer for multiple attempts, just trying to get anyone’s help. Eventually after the 30 minutes, the house owner came to let us in. The only issue with this was that my girlfriend and I had a flight to catch, and had already requested an Uber, and were on a tight schedule. Overall though, very close to downtown! We actually walked from the Space Needle back there with no issues. Great stay, and I would book again if in Seattle again.
The space was clean and was a great location for walking to different areas in Seattle. Quela was always quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. The only downside I saw to this stay was that you could hear the host through the ceiling (as you are staying in the lower half of the house). Unfortunately could hear them walking around or taking a shower. If you need quiet during the day or like to sleep in late, this might not be the best option. Other than that, it was a great stay!
Chose this property knowing its rough location fits much of my criteria: convenient walking distance to sights and trails, coffee shops, near many of Seattle's attractions and various neighborhoods. Host was excellent and communicated promptly. Place is clean and has everything most anyone would need for a little getaway. My only two nitpicks would be that the bed is too soft more my preference, and that there isn't designated parking (but the neighborhood does have free street parking within a few blocks). The comment regarding parking is something I knew before renting this place as compared to other condos or hotels that do not hvlave parking, or parking costs exuberant amounts. Again, highly recommend picking this unit for your future Seattle stays!
