Flashlights are in every room. ADA-trained service animals are welcome with prior notice and documentation.br• Smart TVs – Both Roku TVs are set to Guest Mode. While it typically can be used 30 minutes after service is complete, if a water change is necessary, the hot tub will take 4-5 hours to reach the desired temperature.brbrGrill, patio furniture, and/or hammocks are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.brbrPlease be aware that our cabin is located in a rural neighborhood shared by vacation cabins and local residents. While the community is filled with kind neighbors always willing to lend a hand, some of the surrounding lots may be in less-than-ideal condition. This adds to the charm and character of the area, but we want guests to be aware that the environment may feel more rustic than a typical suburban setting.brbrWe allow guests to bring up to two dogs that are 2+ years of age at time of stay. A $60/dog fee is charged per stay. We are not able to host any other animals/pets.
