This is a new build property perched on top of the hill with amazing views out across farm land and Anderson's Inlet. The top story deck is the perfect place to sit and soak in the view while enjoying the sunset and the peaceful surroundings. There is also a covered deck out the back with a bbq and outdoor dining. The inside floor plan and furnishings have been specifically designed to easily accommodate larger groups- and is perfect for 2 large families. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a large oven, a gas BBQ outside and a second fridge downstairs in the laundry. The spacious lounge with large smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax, while the fire burns in colder months and also a separate living space downstairs for the kids to play and watch TV. There are 2 large bathrooms, 3 toilets and even an outdoor heated shower. Set on a large fully-fenced block with a sheltered area under the deck, there is plenty of space outside if you want to bring your dog along too. Enjoy sunset drinks on one of our decks as you listen to the sound of the waves and take in the ocean breeze and once the sun sets watch how the stars light up the evening sky....brbrInside there are 2 large living areas both equipped with new 65 inch smart TV's. There are also books and a selection of the latest magazines. Downstairs is a bedroom retreat, with a queen size bed, ensuite and another 50inch smart TV. There are split system units in both the living spaces and downstairs bedroom, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms.brbrThe study space is built for 2 people and has 2 x widescreen monitors with HDMI cables so you can simply bring your laptop, keyboard and mouse and get connected through our NBN Wifi for those times where you need to catch up on emails between trips to the beach.brbrIn the kitchen you will find an ice and water dispensing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine along with all the usual appliances you would expect to find at home. De Longhi toaster and electric kettle, gas stove top and fan forced oven. You will also find staples including tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
