Large & New Holiday home in Smiths beach, Phillip Island

Great amenities, great location.

Really great stay! Had all necessary facilities, everything was nice and comfortable, and super close to the beach. Loved that it could sleep so many people. Would definitely come back.

Great house with everything you need!

This house lacked nothing. The amenities were amazing, the house was huge, close walk to an amazing beach. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms spotless, the living and kitchen area was spacious. It was the little things like wifi, netflix, chrome casts on tvs and lots more that made our stay like a home away from home. The owners were easily contactable when needed and access to the house was simple. Highly recommend this house for anyone.

Large spacious well equipped home in close proximity to motogp track. Could just do with some cosier bedding (quilt was a bit thin).Would be great if towels were supplied. Take up a lot of room in the suit case when travelling from the other side of the country. Otherwise thanks for a great day.

Excellent in all aspects. Perfect as we are involved with the historic racing scene and it’s close by. We eat in most nights. Everything needed is in the house and there’s a small front garden to relax in and have pre dinner drinks.

Very Clean and Spacious property with everything you need to be self sufficient when there. Easy walk to the beach and very quite location.

This was an excellent choice for our 3-generation family group of 5 adults and 4 children. The room and bedding configuration worked really well, and what a pleasure to be able to walk down to Smith's Beach a couple of times a day, without having to struggle with parking.

We stayed with our extended family and a family friend. It is very spacious and clean. We love the kitchen so much as it is equipped with whatever you can think of. Very convenient location - An easy walk to the beach and short drives to most of the attractions. But as it is quite close to the road one could easily hear the roadway noise - we have no problem with it as we are all deep sleepers. We’ll definitely come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time away at the Smith's Beach house. It was spacious, immaculately cleaned and lovely! The whole family enjoyed our stay, we had enough space and used the comforts of the house well. We were only a 10 minute drive away from Cowes so it was best of both worlds. I truly recommend this house and the great attention by the owners. We are already thinking of re-booking it again soon! Thank you

An extended family weekend get together was made all the better for our stay here. Spacious, beautiful and a location only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Communication from our host Dan was ace, helpful and responsive. All in all, we had a great time and would totally go back again.
