Stayed Jan 3, 2026House was nice and clean. Good fenced backyard for large/medium sized dogs, (small/toy dogs can get out). Welcome hamper on arrival was a nice touch.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024Location is perfect with walking access to either Smiths Beach or YCW beach! The house has everything we needed and the kids really loved the tv in the bunk room. Our four legged family members appreciated the secure back yard and grass area. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful holiday.

Stayed Feb 12, 2022House has been tastefully and thoughtfully redecorated. Light and comfy home for our weeks break. Wifi great. Lovely touches like the gift basket on arrival. The dogs loved the fully enclosed backyard Host Linda is great. Provided all the details required early and was always prompt with her responses Would definitely book this house again
