The Space:
Featuring 7 bedrooms & 3 baths, Casa de Palmeras is brilliantly designed to host all types of groups with social areas for gathering, private bedrooms for quiet time, outdoor entertaining space, a dedicated workspace for commuting, and even a full complement of baby and children’s supplies. The home’s masterful floorplan creates seamless indoor/outdoor living with huge windows in every room and multiple outlets to patios and balconies on both levels.

Enter through the grand 2-story entrance foyer where the main level consists of a well-lit workstation with monitor, a full bathroom with shower cabin, laundry room, and a fun children’s space outfitted with Fetch TV, toys, and books. Two stylish queen bedrooms are also on this floor, one with sliding glass doors to the outside gardens, and the other with built-in cabinet storage.

Reached via a floating switchback staircase, the second level boasts common spaces with a kitchen, dining, living, and multiple balconies overlooking the surrounding grounds. Open to the social areas, the kitchen is a showstopper with upgraded appliances, a prep island anchored by a 5-burner gas cooktop, and gorgeous wall-to-wall windows. Two adjacent dining areas – one smartly set up for kids, the other seating up to 8 adults – provide enough room for everyone to share a meal together, or step outside to the covered patio where there is another table for 8 to dine alfresco. A delightful seating area just off the kitchen is the perfect spot for streaming fav shows via Fetch on the Smart TV and this space has balcony access as well.

This floor also has 5 bedrooms, a cool kids’ sleeping spot, and 2 full baths. The master offers a tranquil escape with a king bed, WIR, an ensuite with spa bath, and a huge cabin with double shower heads. The other bedrooms on the second floor are a great mixture of queens and doubles plus a kids bunk area and baby cot, and these bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with a separate soaker tub and glass shower cabin.

Set on a private, fully fenced corner lot with plenty of room for kids and pets to play, Casa de Palmeras is in an enviable location within easy walking distance to all points in Rhyll including the shore, parks, cafes & restaurants.

Guest Access:
The entire house is accessible, besides the garage at the moment as the owners have their own belongings stored there.

Other Things to Note:
The property can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Garage parking is not available, however additional vehicles may park on the street; blocking or parking in neighboring driveways is prohibited.

    Perfect place for a few Mums and babes. Lots of beds (comfortable ones too) and the baby gates, high chairs, kids room etc were all very much appreciated. Great spot, short walk to small grocer/bottle shop/cafe. We had a great stay. Recommend.

    We had a great time staying here, perfect for our group of friends and kids. The cot and change table was a handy addition! Good location in the peaceful town of Rhyll, would definitely recommend.

    Wonderful holiday home with all the necessities. Tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The property manager was flexible with our requests. Would definitely recommend it for large groups. My elderly relatives loved there were no bunk beds despite being a large home with many bedrooms.

    We had a wonderful restful time, the multiple spaces for kids to play was excellent. Very well appointed, lots have thought has been put into making stays easy and we felt at home almost straught away. Location was excellent, loved the walk down to the general store for coffee and a snack.
