It has has a large 42'' flat-screen TV, washer and dryer, and a nice top-floor deck that has plenty of privacy to enjoy an outdoor meal if desired. There is also plenty of pool equipment for the kids to use during your stay. This condo is located on the top floor with nice views. It is also in a very quiet location in the complex!brbrYou are also close to our other one-bedroom condo in the same complex, should you need a second unit. It has a family pool and an adult only pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, racquetball, basketball, play areas for the kids, shuffleboard and plenty of other activities. brbrThe area around the condo has plenty of shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, etc, You can also find almost any type of restaurant or store in the St. George area as well. brbrJust outside of St. George, there are 2 National Parks, Zion and Bryce, several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn theater and Snow is within a 15 minute drive of the condo. Located in the center of the beautiful Sports Village Resort with views of and quick access to the several Tennis and Pickleball Courts, basketball court, sand volleyball court, playground and 2 large pools (one heated Feb-Nov), 2 hot tubs (one for adults only), indoor game room with mini golf (the kids and teens love this) and racquetball courts, as well as a beautiful and spacious clubhouse and workout room. The condo is a few minutes from downtown St. George site seeing, shopping, and dining. There is a great mix of quaint buildings and modern attractions to appeal to many tastes and moods. It is only 8 miles from beautiful Snow Canyon, 20 minutes to Sand Hollow and Quail Creek Reservoirs and about 40 minutes to breathtaking Zion National Park. Its close to Ivins Reservoir, which is a free place for the whole family to hike and swim and see sweeping views of the spectacular red rock mountains and is on the way to Gunlock Falls. Golfing, hiking and biking trails and beautiful views of the St. George Valley are all close by (we especially love Pioneer Park, a natural wonder right by downtown, that provides amazing hiking and exploring experiences for all ages).
