Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely breathtaking. From the moment you walk through the heavy steel framed door and into the main room, you have to focus on holding your jaw to keep it from hitting the floor. By the time you walk past the floor to ceiling windows and down the hall to the movie theater, it will be too late-----your jaw will be on the floor and you will think you have died and gone to Heaven. The house is that nice! There were 8 of us and we all had the same reaction. We could not get over how nice the house was and how friendly the layout. We watched two movies and a number of football games in the theater while grilling on the backyard BBQ and swimming in the pool. Epic house!!! Big shoutout to Dan for putting the golf and rental package together. He did a great job and everything went to plan. All four courses were great with Sand Hollow back 9 standing out as particularly awesome. We all loved this trip!

We had a shower that wasn’t draining properly, and it was fixed within a couple of hours of notification. The house it self was beautiful. One complaint is that the beds in the bunk room were not very comfortable at all. Having a golf outing with 10 adult men, beds need to be comfortable. I will definitely contact the Ledges for further trips!

Dan and team went above and beyond for our group and went out of their way to make things easy for us. Home exceeded expectations, every amenity was in perfect condition and there was plenty of towels and bedding which is typically an issue, not here! Highly recommend this house and Dan’s team to put together an unforgettable trip!

The pool, sport court, ,ovie theater, rooftop lookout all made for awesome memories. Ledges was also amazing to work with. Super easy to communicate with their team, booking the house, golf teetimes anywhere in the area and any questions with the house. 10/10 recommend.

We also had a great movie night in their theater. The home was very clean and nice and the extras for entertainment were amazing! And the property management reply time was very quick. We would definitely return to stay again.

House was a ton of fun for me and my extended family. 11 of us total. Plenty of space. Pool and backyard were amazing.
