This unique home is located in a private picturesque canyon. The modern 4 bedroom 4 1/2 bath 4000 sq/ft historic home has recently been completely remodeled and sits on 3 acres of private land which has a creek-fed pond and backs up to a mountain canyon. It's not unusual to have moose, deer, elk and other beautiful wildlife in the yard. The stunning mountain views will take your breath away! The house is minutes away from the Park City Municipal Golf Course, PCMR, and only 5 min from historic Park City Main Street that has great shopping, tasty restaurants and fun nightlife. The house is perfect for a group or family looking for a unique rental on a secluded property. We do not allow smoking or after-hours partying. Renters must be respectful, both in attitude and hours, of the few neighbors that live in the canyon. brbrThe main floor has a large family room, dining area, large gas fireplace. In addition, downstairs also has a quiet office, luxurious steam shower and second king suite with and full bath. There is a large expansive deck out the back that offers picturesque views! Upstairs houses the master suite with a king size bed, jetted tub, walk in closet and canyon views. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs - one Queen and one with two twins. They share the other upstairs bathroom. The house sleeps a MAX of 8 people. brbrThe house is centrally located; five minute walk to the municipal golf course, an abundance of mountain bike/hiking trails out the back door, 3 min drive to Park City Mountain Resort where they have many summer activities, and only a 5 min drive to downtown Main Street. brbr*** With parking continuing to be a problem at both Deer Valley and Park City, this house is amazingly located on a bus route to DV or walking distance to Silver Star lift, part of PCMR. You''ll ski down the private road from the house and catch the bus at the bottom. Or walk on the road for 5 min to the Silver Star lift, where there is lift ticket purchasing options, a great restaurant and nice ski shop. Locals have described this complex as one of the best located townhouses in Deer Valley.br brStirlingwood is located in Deer Valley’s exclusive Silver Lake village, Ski in/ Ski-out or walk 3 minutes to Silver Lake Lodge. Some of Deer Valley's best restaurants are walking distance, But if you would like to enjoy the charm of Park City, it’s only a three mile/ 5 minute drive to historic Main Street in Park city. Better yet, hop of the free transit bus that leaves frequently from the bus stop 1000 feet from the house. Upper Deer Valley/Silver Lake Village brIncludes• Condominiums, Townhomes and PUD’s: and a limited Number of Private Homes: Black Bear Lodge, Cache, Double Eagle, Enclave, Little Belle, Lookout, Ontario Lodge, Ridgepoint, The Ridge, Silverbird, Sterlingwood, Stag Lodge, Aspen Hollow, the Woods, Twin Pines, Trailside, Sterling Lodge, The Inn at Silver Lake, Stein Erikson Lodge. This whole area is the HEART of Deer Valley and gives you the best on mountain ski experience. Silver Lake Village boasts some of the highest rated restaurants in all of Park City and you can walk to all (4) restaurants within 6 minute walk from our house, not to mention the great boutique shops, The Spa at Stein Erickson Lodge and all the various amenities are with-in walking distance too! Many of the properties in this area have Ski In/Ski Out Access but most are a hike from the Lodge at Silverlake or the restaurants if you choose to walk. Our Townhouse is within walking distance of all the Silver Lake restaurants. In addition, Silver Lake village is close to Park City’s Main Street. brbr2. Lower Deer Valley Includes: br• Many Private Homes (NONE of the homes in Lower DV have Ski In/Out Access. • Condominiums, Townhomes & PUD’s: Aspenwood, Black Diamond Lodge, Boulder Creek, Chalet Montay, Chaparral, Comstock Lodge, Courchevel, Daystar, Deer Lake Village, Fawngrove, Foxglove, Glenfiddich, Greyhawk, In The Trees, Lakeside, Lodges at Deer Valley, Oaks at Deer Valley, Pinnacle, Portico, Powder Run, Red Stag Lodge, Silver Baron Lodge, Stonebridge and Sunspot (but the ONLY condominiums with Ski In/Ski Out Access are Black Diamond Lodge, Pine Inn & Trails End), Lower Deer Valley is closer to Park City’s Main Street. The downside is it has VERY FEW properties with Ski In/Ski Out Access and some of the older properties are dated. Plus, the only restaurant in the area is in the St. Regis and you have to take the tram to get to it. Otherwise you have to drive or take the bus to Park City’s Main Street for restaurants, shops or amenities.brbr3. The good part about Empire Pass is that many of the properties have Ski In/Ski Out Access and it is a newer area. The bad part is that it is more isolated and difficult to get to (particularly in a snow storm!) and it is far away from everything! There are two restaurants in all of Empire The Montage Hotel and Fireside, which has very limited fare. In addition, the majority of their condominiums are more like hotel room/apartment buildings.brbr4. Deer Crest Includes: br• Mostly Private Homes • not many Condominiums or Townhomes in this area & The St. Regis Hotel. Most of the properties have Ski In/Ski Out access and if you are looking for a really large home, this is an option. However, let us tell you why it is our least favorite part of Deer Valley…….. It is far from everything and the only restaurant nearby is The St. Regis. The snow is questionable and the freeway noise from I40 detracts from the ski experience.

You found it! The best value home on the best street. 402 Woodside- google it. Local real estate agents call this area the “Gold Coast,” due to premium location. We are right next to the 4th Street stairs on Woodside. You walk down the 4 Street stairs, across Park Ave, and land on Main & 4th Street with 1/2 of the shops and restaurants are to the right and the other half are to the left. No Name Saloon, The Spur, 350 Main, and Chimayo restaurant are right there at 4th and Main. Hit Java Cow for morning coffee and breakfast treats or Aura Spa for massage after a hard day of skiing. If you're into shopping Gorsuch, Kühl, and Lululemon couldn’t be closer.brbrSee map photo: House is circled in red, yellow shows walk to Main Street, Blue shows walk to ski run.brbrFor boarding and skiing, you walk one level block to 501 Woodside in your boots (2 mins, I timed it), go up the stairs, and you are on the Quittin' Time run. Click in and ski right down to the Town Lift. This is the best of both worlds for EASY Main Street and ski access. We don't rent a car when we're here- we just use Uber for the rare times you need to go beyond skiing and Main Street. If you want to ski Canyons, they are now connected by a Tram so you can access from this house. Deer Valley has free buses running from the Transportation Center to the base at Deer Valley.brbrThe house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large living room/ common area with an open plan to the kitchen, dining, and living room. All common area is upstairs and the 4 bedrooms are downstairs. In the fall of 2022, we remodeled the bathrooms, installed new carpet throughout, new appliances, and fresh paint. The Primary has an en suite bathroom, bedrooms #2 and #3 have Queen beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunks w/ 4 twins. Sleeps 10 total. You can see from the photos that the bedrooms are relatively small compared to the large, open family/common area upstairs. We installed a new flatscreen TV in the living room with Comcast. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout.brbrThe living room has 2 dedicated seating areas with the ability to watch the TV from any of the 4 couches. There is a large dining table with seating for 10. The owner is a gourmet cook and has outfitted it with all you need to prepare and serve meals. New toaster, new coffee maker, new dishwasher, crock pot, new cast iron and non-stick pans. There are all new serving platters and bowls, and everything you need to host a family gathering or small party. Washer/ Dryer in the house. brbrNo garage, but there is a dedicated single parking space large enough for a Suburban, parked parallel to the street. 2 cars are not permitted. Skis are stored securely on the upper deck, only accessible from the living room. There are cubbies by the front door for keys, helmets, gloves, etc...brbrCheck the map photo to understand just how well-located this one is. You get a premium location with reasonable rates.
