Three families can easily stay together while having their own privacy.brbrOn the main floor, there is a spacious family room with a fireplace, TV, large sectional sofa, a nice leather chair and two smaller chairs. The kitchen is well stocked and functional with a dining table that seats 8 plus 4 bar stools for casual eating.brbrUpstairs there is a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, full sized bathroom, a den with another small TV viewing area and futon that can sleep one person and a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom including a stem shower, and another futon that can comfortably sleep one person.brbrThe bottom floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, mudroom, and access to the heated 2-car garage.brbrOh, by the way did I mention we have a doggie door to the outside balcony right off the kitchen.brGuest accessbrYou have access to the entire townhome. There is a community lodge, pool, jacuzzi, and exercise roombrOther things to notebrStunning views of the Olympic Park ski jump out the back deck. We overlook the 30-acre Run Amok Dog Park and nice and quiet, no street noise! Many of the units in Bear Hollow are too close to the busy 224 HWY and noise from the road can be quite loud. Very easy parking with a nice large one car garage and big driveway for more cars which is partially covered for those days when its snowing hard.

Both bedrooms are equipped with plush king-size beds and plenty of drawer storage. A pull-out sofa bed in the living room area allows for additional sleeping capacity but requires packing away each morning to allow for comfortable movement around the condo.brbrbrbrThe fully equipped kitchen and balcony grill give you the choice of cooking at home or heading out to one of Park City’s many world class restaurants. You will love the panoramic views, hot tub, gym, sauna, game room, movie room, gourmet kitchen and wet bar.brbrConstruction on this 7,800 sq ft home in Deer Valley was finished in 2019 and no luxury detail was spared. There are spectacular views of the mountains and Park City, but it is also completely private. There are 6 bedrooms that sleep 18. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. There is also a pull out couch in the movie room for a 19th bed. The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf range, large Sub-Zero fridge and freezer, Viking double ovens, plus beverage center with additional beverage fridge and wine fridge. The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the main level. The dining room table seats 12 and living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace and large screen TV. Also on the main level is a large deck with panoramic views, an outdoor living room and outdoor dining area that seats 10-12.brbrThere are two bedrooms on the upper level, along with a landing and reading nook, and an upper deck with lounge chairs. The master bedroom is on the main level, and there are three bedrooms on the lower level, along with the gym, sauna, game room, and additional half bath. The game room has a piano, ping pong table, and large screen TV. There is also a beautiful patio on the lower level, with panoramic views, a hot tub, and lawn area perfect for corn hole.
