As you enter the home you are met with a beautiful, fully appointed kitchen to the left of the entry way, and a fully furnished living room straight ahead. The living room features a large picture window giving you a beautiful view of the spacious backyard. The dining area with a large table connects the living room and kitchen. brbrbrbrTo the right of the entry way is a hallway that will take you to 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 1 features a queen sized bed, bedroom 2 features a twin bunk bed, and bedroom 3 offers a spacious king sized bed. The full bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combo.brbrbrbrAs you walk through the living room to the other side of the house you will find bedroom 4 with another queen sized bed, another full bathroom with a standing shower, and a family room with a large, comfortable couch just perfect to relax and watch TV. With all these heaters on the house temperature will rise and hold very comfortable. Grand Plateau Lodge in Kanab is a two building lodge that has 11 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms that can easily accommodate up to 50 people. It has a beautiful swimming pool and spa and spacious outdoor patio and barbecue. The scenery is spectacular and it is located just outside of Kanab, Utah within an hour of Zions National Park, Bryce's National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Capital Reef, and many others. This is a place where your family can enjoy the outdoors all while having all the luxuries of a beautiful lodge. The lodge has a theater room and two additional TV areas, a very spacious open kitchen and dinning area. Even with 50 or more you will not feel crowded at all. We are also located in proximity to our brand new Grand Plateau RV Resort so if you want to add those who want to stay in their own rigs it is within walking distance. The hot tub is heated year-round. The pool is heated from April 15 to October 15. A pool heating fee can be paid to heat the pool in the winter of $199/day.brFifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 180 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 180 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee.
