Great place to stay with a big group of family. Close to grocery store, club house, national parks and all sorts of other things you need like the post office 😊. Tammy is so easy to contact if you need anything or have questions.

We were there for my mothers funeral. Her 5 adult children and their families enjoyed the home. It worked out wonderfully however we were sad that the pool was closed. We would like to return for a reunion next year.

This is our 3rd time to stay here. Love the house as it it’s very spacious, convenient location, comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms. The kids as well as the adults like the lazy river and pool. Also the ping pong table was a big hit in the garage.Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back again!

We stayed here with our family of 19. We were impressed with the amount of room available and how comfortable each room and living spaces were. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large family. The pool and lazy river, along with the clubhouse, were close enough that we didn’t have to worry about our small children getting into the pool. We hope to stay here again and recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a great place to relax and enjoy St George and the surrounding areas.

STOP what you are doing and do not book this place or any home that is hosted by Tammy Harper. We showed up to the house absolutely nasty. The only thing that had been done were beds made. One tub was clogged with dirty water that wouldn't drain. Everything was worn dirty or broken. Tammy had to send out the cleaners twice to get the drain unclogged. Never followed up or apologized for the inconvenience it cause us. It also left the house with the most foul smell after they unclogged it. THEN we proceeded to let her know about smells and broken furniture as we came across it. After we left(with the home in better condition than when we arrived because I have a family of OCD clean people) Tammy tried to open a case against us to say we ruined the sheets and broke the couch. None of this was true! Our mother taught us you leave things better than you find them and you are ALWAYS honest even if it means paying for something you broke. Vrbo was awesome to work with and closed the case as Tammy had to actual evidence we caused any damage! Lesson learned. Document everything upon arrival and before you leave! The only plus- the pool was cool and the neighborhood was very well maintained! We had a blast minus Tammy trying to get an updated home our of us.

We loved this house for our team!! There were so many beds and plenty of space. The kitchen was the most well stocked I've ever seen for a rental! The host was so fast to respond and check in was quick and smooth. The clubhouse and pool were awesome! We would stay here again in a heartbeat and can't wait to stay here on our next trip!

Everything was wonderful! Lots of space to spread out and great spaces to gather.

Booked for our high school sports team. Everything was amazing. I would recommend this place to everyone.

This property is beautiful! It was spotless. The beds and furniture were high end and so comfortable. Every room and bathroom was extra large. We had a large group and we all had plenty of space. The decor was lovely. It was one of the most comfortable stays I have had anywhere because of the beauty and cleanliness of every part of the condo. The kitchen was so nice and had everything we needed for a large group. We really enjoyed the pool area. It was huge and offered something for every age. It was also very nice to have a garage with two parking stalls. Tammy was wonderful to work with. She was so accommodating and always quick to respond to any questions we had or anything we needed. We loved staying here. We will definitely come back.

Overall a great place to stay. The pool and lazy river are so great for all ages, and the property was spacious for our 22 guests. Also loved the proximity to the pool. Generally we wish the floors and a few other things were cleaner when we arrived, but the host was pretty helpful to get that figured out when we notified them.

We had such a great time here. My husband and I came with our 6 children and their families.There were a total of 26 of us, and we fit so beautifully in this property.We loved the pool the grandkids especially loved the pool!

The property was a good size. The location was great. The kids loved the pool.

We had a family reunion and all 29 attended. Our kids and grandkids loved it. It was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the clubhouse was the perfect activity on those hot summer days! Communication with Tammy, our host, was timely and the community in general was respectful and friendly. We had a great time!

This home fit our large family perfectly! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and set up. Host was great to communicate with. Only complaint was that we had to make the bunk beds and the floors needed a deep clean. But not a big deal. It was well worth our money. The pool and other facilities were so fun. Would recommend to large families/groups.

This property is outstanding in every way! It is very well supplied with what you need for your trip! The house is clean and the neighborhood is very convenient. Tammy is very accessible via text, although we didn’t have many reasons to contact her during our stay! You also must try the neighborhood pool area, with splash pad and lazy river! You can also just sit on the side and enjoy either sun or shade! We highly recommend this place for your visit to Zion National Park, Grand Canyon North Rim, and Bryce Canyon!

This property is outstanding, this is our second trip to this location and it is very clean very easy ability to visit the local and Zion locations. We look forward again to stay at this location. Thank you for great hospitality.

2nd time to this Hurricane area. We came again for the access to the Lazy River, and lg. pool complex. Found very few pool towels in the condo so after making contact with property manager we met the service crew and were given more towels Never found the Corn Hole game boards, just a bag of bean bag sacks.

We had a very large group of mountain bikers - 16 in total - who used this home to base our SW Utah bike trip. Location was convenient, host was easy and efficient and the home was in excellent shape and fit the description as advertised. For a group this size, it was difficult to find the right place - but this was clearly the right one! Group loved the place. Thank you!
