There are three separate seating areas in the home, one on each floor for you to relax and connect with your family and friends, also providing convenient separation for kids and adults. When the weather permits, there is no better place to enjoy the amazing views than from the outdoor balconies on floors 2 and 3, both furnished with new comfortable wicker furniture. An entertainment room on floor one includes entertainment options for every taste, with board games, card games, as well as the newest Xbox linked to a large 65-inch TV. There are 5 large screen TVs in the property, setup with all of the streaming apps, as well as DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket. If you're skiing in Deer Valley, you will want to take advantage of the east-side lift and parking area only 10 min from the property. In the winter, most guests rent or bring a vehicle with 4WD/AWD though it is needed only rarely. Our neighborhood is great at plowing the roads. Typically, there are just a few times a year where the snow is bad enough that 4WD is required to get to the home. Uber and Lyft are often but not always available in the area. The nearest stop for the Park City bus system is around 4mi away.brbrbrbrOther Things to Note:brbrPets are not allowed.
