Third-Party Bookings: Booking on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. The person who books must be the person staying. There`s also plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles and/or a boat.br-No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premisesbr-Dogs are welcome, but cats are not allowedbr-No events, parties, or large gatherings - Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed.
