Stayed Oct 18, 2024It’s a brand new turn key property that is well appointed w/ everything a family and friends could need. Tons of space, sleeping arrangements for a bunch of people, and kitchen to cook and gather together. Bear Lake is simply stunning!

Stayed Apr 30, 2026Wonderful newer 3-bedroom, 3 bath townhome at touristy Bear Lake. Walking distance (less than 15min) to downtown as well a 3 minute walk to a full-on grocery mart, gas station, a souvenir shop & a bike rental place - if you'd rather ride & glide. The marina is also within walking distance.The home was clean, light, and airy, and the host provided everything as expected. The home also had a sauna, gas BBQ grill, a foosball table, and board games to keep you entertained in case of bad weather or you just need to chill and relax. We visited during the shoulder season, so many restaurants and gift shops were not open. But it was relaxing to be at the lake before the summer holiday season kicks off.We would absolutely pick this charming home again.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026This townhouse is located in a great area of garden city. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a walk/bike path nearby. It is a very clean place, well-stocked and very comfortable. The tv system was simple to work and all appliances were in great working condition. We loved staying here and enjoyed being able to get to the Beaver mountain resort within 20 minutes as well as some great hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Appreciate how well the place was stocked. Plenty of room for kids as well as a nice supply of games. Very comfortable. It was also withing walking distance of a gas station, grocery store and hardware store. Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a wonderful stay. Perfect place for a family. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking and house was immaculately clean. Loved the large family room area and lots of fun games in the upstairs closet. The location is perfect if headed to Bear Lake Marina.
