Our home has two master suites, two fire places and is beautifully decorated. You'll be close to all the amenities, restaurants and fun adventures found in Garden City with ATV trails, hiking Logan Canyon, boating, jet skiing, fishing, playing at the lake or relaxing on the sandy beaches. This is a perfect place to make family memories that last!brbrThe spacebrbr6 bedroom 4.5 bathrooms, including 2 master suites, 2 fireplaces - 1 wood burning and 1 gas, extra large garage which has been converted into an arcade/playroom, large deck off the kitchen with spectactular views, walk out basement to a cement pad with a hot tub overlooking the lake. Amazing views, excellent location, close to everything.brbrParking boats and trailers. There is enough space in the driveway to park a truck pulling a boat and/or a truck pulling a trailer. The driveway may be a bit tricky to do so. Most guests back their trailer/boat down the driveway so it's easier to pull out when you leave. Another alternative is to park in the parking lot down by the light house at the entrance of Harbor Village. There is a daily fee they charge to park there, based on availability. If they have spots available it's $20/day for a large parking spot (truck/trailer) or $10/day for a small spot for a regular vehicle.
