A very unique XVII century villa, completely renovated in 2022, on the hills at just 7 kms east of Lucca, at walking distance from a pretty village with cafe/bar/restaurant. The villa, 800 square meters large, is in the middle of a very private, secluded 8 acres estate, with olive trees, a great park, a lovely swimming pool area. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 comfortable bedrooms, four of which have the bathroom en-suite, and the other 2 with their own bathroom next door. brThe villa consists of 3 floors.brCENTRAL FLOOR: through the main entrance, at the end of the private allee, and from the back entrance, at the park side, there is access to a large and elegant salon, with sofas, an ancient fireplace some antiques and rare paintings. The salon lead, through two doors into two double bedrooms, each with own bathroom, and from two opposite doors to the dining room, a small kitchen, and a studio. brUPPER FLOOR: a central, large tv salon, with sofas and some antiques. From this salon there is access to 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 with bath en-suite and 1 twin with bath next door) .brGROUND FLOOR: with the original kitchen, that was completely modernized and well equipped, still keeping the charme of the ancient kitchen.
