Villa Noa, Romantic 8 bedroom Luxury Farmhouse with Private Pool on the Lucca Hills

Villa Noa is straight out stunning, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully restored. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and all have on-suite. The outdoor space is exceptional, featuring an infinity pool with gorgeous views, a spacious outdoor dining and relaxing area, and lush gardens, all private and peaceful . Everything in the process was smooth and professional. Daniela, the warm and welcoming host makes you feel right at home and answers all your questions promptly. Anna, the wonderful cook, created delicious meals with care and a big smile. Small town of Marlia nearby where you can pick up groceries, pizza etc. Lucca in a short driving distance, 15-20 mins. Highly recommended. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year.

The villa was amazing! All bedrooms had private baths and amazing views. The house was updated but kept its vintage charm. It was spotless.The infinity pool overlooks hills of Tuscany. The city of Lucca is conveniently located with a train station that goes all over Italy. Delicious restaurants and a grocery nearby. Manager Daniela and Anna were extremely helpful. Anna made a wonderful dinner! You will love it!

EVERYTHING! The villa, the grounds, the view, I could see Monte Serra which I used to see from my grandparents home in Pisa when I visited as a young girl, all special meaning for me, Anna our chef, Daniela our host, the beautiful furniture and styling, the pool. I could go on and on, it was paradise! A less bumpy road getting there( just kidding), that was fun too!

We loved the privacy and the pool with the gorgeous view! The bedrooms were updated and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I hope we get the pleasure of staying at Villa Noa again.

Villa Noa is an excellent private villa nestled among olive trees in the hills north of Lucca. If you are looking for privacy and an authentic experience for your group, look no further. Daniela, the villa manager, ensured a smooth check-in and check-out experience and that all our needs were taken care of. We hired Anna, a local recommended by Daniela for one of the nights for dinner and were not disappointed. Lucca Apartments and Villas always delivers the level of service we expect.

We had the most amazing time at this villa. The house, the pool, the kitchen, the bedrooms, it was a dream come true. Special thanks to Daniela and Anna for taking such good care of us!

The villa was perfect for our group and requirements. It is set up and away from everything, so was perfect for us all to relax and enjoy ourselves. My only negative was that the mosquitoes shredded me but that is not a reflection on the villa! Anna and her wonderful family cooked for us on two occasions, the food was delicious and I would recommend this to anyone visiting. Maybe a few more pool towels, but the fact they were provided was a bonus!

Our stay at Villa Noa totally exceeded expectations, from Daniela’s warm welcome, to the delicious meal on our last evening cooked by Anna. The Villa and surrounding areas are kept in perfect condition, and allowed all our group to fully enjoy the peace and tranquility. Communication with Daniella was superb and her responses were always prompt and very helpful. We also used Chef in Tuscany to cook for us on a couple of nights, communication with Graziella was excellent and the food and service was fantastic. Our Italian dream became a reality at Villa Noa

This villa is stunning - great rooms with each private bathrooms, well equipped kitchen for this many people. The garden and pool area are just amazing! We had a great time and recommend it to anyone! Street to the house is a little bumpy but worth the ride for this amazing villa!

We were a family group of 14 staying in July 2024. We had a fantastic time! The villa is gorgeous and comfortable, a wonderful place to hang out but also close to Lucca. We hired Anna to cook for us on our first and last evenings but after the first feast asked her back twice more. Daniela made the arrangements easy and was always responsive to any questions or to make suggestions. I cannot say enough about Villa Noa! It will be a memory our family shares forever!

Our group of 14, ages 9-78, had an amazing week at Villa Noa! It was a great location to base our day trips - Florence, Cinque Terre, Modena, Pisa and of course Lucca. Having Anna cook a few meals was a real treat. The house, grounds and pool were all beautiful and just as pictured. You won’t be disappointed!

Words cannot describe how much our family of 15 enjoyed our time at Villa Noa. The property was even better than advertised. The amenities and furnishings were superb. We ate all our meals Al fresco and the salt water pool was wonderful. The housekeeper Anna and her daughter made us two meals while we were there and were very reasonable and restaurant quality. They were so pleasant and friendly. We all loved Lucca. Not swarmed with tourists but a really fun place. We daytripped to Cinque Terre and several other towns nearby but really loved our time at Villa Noa. Daniela was very helpful as well.

We had an amazing week at this villa with our family. The house and views are even more beautiful than the photos. It is quiet, private, and relaxing. The location makes it easy to enjoy day trips to other places, such as Florence, Pisa, Cinque Terre, etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this villa again if we came back to this area. We highly recommend it!
